About the position

The Manager, Paid Media at VaynerMedia is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of media plans that align with client goals and expectations. This role involves planning, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns to meet and exceed client success metrics while supporting the team with various projects. The position requires a hybrid work schedule, with two days a week in the Hudson Yards office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor campaigns for performance to ensure they are pacing accordingly, managing spend, troubleshooting campaigns, and creating insights about performance.
• Create and present sophisticated media investment strategies to clients, derived from industry insights and QA reporting.
• Develop and deliver client-facing campaign reports to showcase performance, new business opportunities, and storytelling.
• Manage communication with senior leadership regarding crucial aspects of a client's business and urgent client needs.
• Manage ad technology vendors needed to execute specific campaign work.
• Collaborate across disciplines to craft best-in-class, holistic omnichannel media strategies.

Requirements

• 3 years of media agency experience as a Media Buyer.
• Experience leading and managing teams or individuals.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, V-Look Ups, and macros.
• Experience across media platforms such as Paid Social, Programmatic, Connected TV/OTT, and Paid Search.
• Experience working with analytics, attribution, and measurement systems.
• An empathetic, patient, and collaborative spirit that fosters a positive work environment.
