In this role, you will actively monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities to improve campaign results and return on investment (ROI). You will also manage complex marketing strategies, including segmentation, concept testing, sales forecasting, and ROI measurement, setting new benchmarks with your thorough and accurate methodologies. Communication is key in this position; you will keep senior management informed of key client opportunities, potential risks, and other critical nuances affecting business health. Your direct and factual communication style will ensure a clear understanding and strategic action. Additionally, you will lead and manage internal teams to drive results that meet client business objectives, motivating and inspiring excellence and achievement. Responsibilities

  • Develop and present compelling digital advertising proposals to clients.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, analyzing data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Manage complex marketing strategies, including segmentation, concept testing, sales forecasting, and ROI measurement.
  • Communicate key insights to senior management regarding client opportunities and risks.
  • Lead and manage internal teams to drive results that meet client business objectives.
  • Facilitate the development and documentation of best practices to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on performance goals for the team.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in media campaign management and online/digital advertising strategy.
  • 5+ years of experience in interactive marketing or business consulting using data to drive marketing recommendations.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing analysis disciplines, including segmentation, sales forecasting, and ROI measurement.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods, multivariant testing, and conversion rate optimization methodology is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising/media platforms including Google, Meta, and Microsoft; and channels including search, social, programmatic/display, and OTT.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and providing insightful client analytics with expert knowledge of platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker or similar.
