About the position

As the Manager of Paid Media at Augurian, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns across various channels. You will be responsible for managing a squad of junior team members and a book of business, ensuring effective delivery of results through execution and delegation. Your role will involve developing and managing paid media strategies that align with client goals and objectives, while also staying current with client-specific trends to identify growth opportunities. In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding paid media strategy, communicating campaign strategies, performance updates, and recommendations in a clear and professional manner. Building and nurturing strong client relationships will be essential to support client retention and ensure high-quality service. You will oversee the implementation and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including PPC, display advertising, and social media, adhering to internal processes and industry standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching your direct reports, conducting employee reviews, and participating in the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience. Your leadership will foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages skill development and knowledge sharing. You will utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, generating regular reports for clients that provide insights and recommendations. Collaboration with other departments will also be a key aspect of your role, ensuring that value is delivered across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee implementation and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including PPC, display advertising, and social media.
  • Ensure campaigns are implemented with precision, adhering to best practices and industry standards through QA oversight.
  • Mentorship and coaching of direct reports, conducting employee reviews, and training.
  • Review resumes, conduct screening interviews, and participate in final interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, generating regular reports for clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver value and drive impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
