About the position

The Manager, Paid Social Media at Grown Brilliance will play a pivotal role in driving growth through strategic paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. This position is designed for a hands-on individual who is both creative and analytical, tasked with managing day-to-day campaign optimization while developing and executing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a growth-focused paid social strategy that balances audience coverage with revenue maximization. In this role, the manager will oversee the entire campaign management process, from planning and building to daily optimization and budget allocation across various paid social channels. Analyzing performance metrics and establishing KPIs by campaign and audience type will be crucial to maximizing scale within KPI constraints. Regular reporting to senior executives and stakeholders will be a key responsibility, ensuring that all parties are informed of campaign performance and insights. Collaboration with the Organic Social team is essential to define and build a comprehensive social media strategy that supports omni-channel campaigns, including localized initiatives aimed at driving traffic to physical stores. The manager will also develop a creative testing framework, working closely with both internal and external creative teams to produce high-quality creative assets. Establishing best practices by audience type and product category, as well as managing a testing roadmap that includes A/B, lift, and geo tests, will be part of the role. Staying updated on industry developments and algorithm changes is necessary to evaluate and test new opportunities effectively. Responsibilities

  • Build out growth-focused paid social strategy, balancing coverage of key audiences and categories with maximizing revenue
  • Own campaign management from planning and building to day-to-day optimization and budget allocation across paid social channels (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
  • Analyze performance & help to establish KPIs by campaign and audience type to maximize scale within KPI constraints
  • Build and deliver regular reports to senior executives and stakeholders
  • Work closely with Organic Social team to define and build a comprehensive Social Media strategy
  • Develop strategies to support omni-channel campaigns, including localized campaigns designed to create awareness and traffic to brick-and-mortar stores
  • Develop creative testing framework; work closely with internal & external creative teams to produce best-in-class creative
  • Establish best practices by audience type and product category
  • Create and manage testing roadmap, including A/B, lift, and geo tests
  • Evaluate & test new opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry developments and algorithm changes
  • Collaborate with wider marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive 360 marketing strategy
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager at an agency or DTC brand
  • Familiarity with other paid social platforms including Pinterest & TikTok
  • Experience managing 6-7 figure monthly budgets across multiple tactics / channels
  • Strong understanding of creative best practices across placements & platforms
  • Ability to set up & analyze tests; creating actionable insights & takeaways
  • Experience with reporting & attribution tools such as Google Analytics, MTA/MMM models
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups)
  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, Business, or related field
  • Desire for constant testing, improvement, and growth
  • Willingness to get in the weeds while keeping the big picture in mind
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a positive, collaborative manner
  • Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining quality
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
