About the position

The Manager, Paid Social Media at Brio Water Technology, Inc. is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media strategies across various platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing high-performing campaigns, collaborating with creative and analytics teams to align social media efforts with business goals, and managing significant ad spends across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and more.
  • Oversee the execution of ad campaigns, including audience segmentation, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize and scale campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.
  • Compile weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports with key performance metrics to quantify results and develop recommendations for growth and improvement.
  • Manage relationships with social media advertising platform representatives to stay informed on new features and opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, continually testing new approaches to paid social media advertising.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Facebook paid ads experience with budgets exceeding $600K annually.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
  • Proven experience developing and managing successful paid social media campaigns with a focus on driving ROI.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
