About the position

As a channel manager on the Paid Social team at HelloFresh, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across major platforms to drive customer acquisition. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns, working closely with various internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Use a data-first approach to analyze performance drivers and optimize for channel ROI.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign trafficking, quality control, launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Analyze and report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance campaign performance, including Creative, BI, and CRM.
  • Develop relationships with key paid social partners to foster performance growth.
  • Provide project management support to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage external partners and contractors to maximize performance.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B split tests across paid social channels.
  • Work with the Brand Team to oversee and launch paid social creatives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
  • 5+ years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client-side or at a performance marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Excel for performance analysis, including pivot tables and formula building.
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, and web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills, with the capability to use data to optimize performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management ability.
