About the position

As a channel manager on the Paid Social team at HelloFresh, you will oversee the management of paid social campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition. This role involves developing strategies, executing campaigns, and utilizing analytics to optimize marketing budgets in alignment with company goals. You will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to enhance campaign performance and contribute to the growth of one of the largest food-tech brands globally.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Analyze performance drivers to optimize channel ROI using a data-first approach.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign trafficking, quality control, launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Analyze and report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance campaign performance, including Creative, BI, and CRM.
  • Develop relationships with key paid social partners to foster performance growth.
  • Provide project management support to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage external partners and contractors to maximize performance.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B split tests across paid social channels.
  • Work with the Brand Team to oversee and launch paid social creatives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree with a strong academic record or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing role.
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns on the client-side or at a performance marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Excel for performance analysis, including pivot tables and formula building.
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, and web/app tracking setup.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management ability.

  • Experience in leading growth programs with a solid understanding of performance marketing metrics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced, demanding startup environments.
