About the position

As a Manager of Paid Social at Kinesso, you will play a pivotal role in translating high-level digital strategies into actionable daily tactics for world-class paid social campaigns. Your expertise will be essential in managing campaigns across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of Paid Social Senior Specialists, Specialists, and Associates, guiding their career development while ensuring flawless execution of campaigns. Your role will involve developing, optimizing, and maintaining paid social campaigns for clients, coordinating assets with creative agencies, and managing budgets effectively. In this position, you will be tasked with understanding client goals and maximizing their success through tactical strategies and technologies. You will brainstorm and research innovative ideas, including new beta opportunities with partners, and maintain a strong familiarity with third-party tracking vendors to integrate with social platforms. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and junior team members will be crucial as you articulate the outcomes of your strategies and tactics. You will thrive in a multi-functional role, where your passion for paid social will drive the success of high-profile brands.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Paid Social Senior Specialists, Specialists, and Associates on the team and own their career development.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social campaigns for clients, including coordination of assets between creative agencies and budget management.
  • Develop, execute, and test across campaign variables to create client-specific insights and feed future successions of testing.
  • Maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis.
  • Understand client goals and maximize measures of success through tactical strategies and technologies.
  • Brainstorm and research new first-to-market ideas including new betas and opportunities with partners.
  • Maintain strong familiarity with third-party tracking vendors and integrate with social platforms.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in account management, planning, and/or performance media experience.
  • Strong working understanding of Paid Social platforms, including Facebook Ad Manager and X (formerly Twitter) Ads.
  • Demonstrable experience working with multiple partners on enterprise-level paid social media accounts with diverse budget levels and objectives.
  • Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and translate them into paid media strategy using online technologies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate processes and tactics to clients, peers, and junior team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • KINESSO does not require candidates to have a college degree.
