As a Manager, Paid Social, you will be responsible for the operational management of a client's paid social marketing initiatives. You will manage the less expert team members and focus increasingly on strategy development for the dedicated account(s). This role requires a deep understanding of the client's product and their marketing objectives to define a campaign strategy and deliverable plans. You will work closely with other internal departments to develop fully integrated social campaigns and monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics based on critical client metrics. Additionally, you will deliver monthly client reports and think creatively to develop tools and tactics to improve efficiencies. You will actively contribute to business reviews, corporate initiatives, automation projects, process changes, and new business efforts. This position also involves creating or assisting in creating points of view (POVs), standard methodologies, and key process documentation, ensuring that the team is aligned with the overall business goals and client expectations.
