About the position

The Manager, Paid Social at Kinesso is responsible for translating high-level digital strategies into actionable paid social campaigns across various platforms. This role involves overseeing a team of specialists, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns that drive measurable outcomes for high-profile brands. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on campaign management to optimize performance and achieve client goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Paid Social Senior Specialists, Specialists, and Associates, focusing on their career development.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social campaigns for clients, coordinating assets and managing budgets.
  • Execute and test campaign variables to create client-specific insights for future successions.
  • Maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve performance against benchmarks.
  • Understand client goals and maximize success through tactical strategies and technologies.
  • Brainstorm and research new market ideas, including new betas and opportunities with partners.
  • Utilize third-party tracking vendors and integrate with social platforms.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in account management, planning, and/or performance media.
  • Strong understanding of Paid Social platforms, including Facebook Ad Manager and X (formerly Twitter) Ads.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level paid social media accounts with diverse budgets and objectives.
  • Ability to translate high-level client goals into paid media strategies using online technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
