About The Position
The Anoka County Parks mission is to positively impact the quality of life in Anoka County by providing parks, outdoor recreation, and leisure services for the public. Our mission encompasses the protection of the natural environment, improving the health of citizens, and supporting a strong local economy. The department has an immediate opening for a Manager, Park Services who will perform various duties. Areas of critical responsibilities for this position include providing leadership in ordinance enforcement, guest services, and operations of the campgrounds, gatehouses and reservable facilities in addition to directing all business administration, financial, operational, and management of strategic initiatives within the work unit. This is a full-time, exempt, on-site position. Interviews will take place the week of January 27, 2025 for those selected to move forward in the hiring process.
