The Manager, Partner Services, Implementation and Integration will play a pivotal role in leading a team that oversees the entire employer file integration experience, as well as partner integration efforts. This position is crucial for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their implementation journey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background, demonstrated by measurable improvements in metrics and employee engagement. Success in this role will be evaluated based on the health of the implementation process for the assigned book of business, positive feedback from customer satisfaction surveys, and the effectiveness of strategic process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall implementation experience. In this remote position, the Manager will be responsible for directing a team dedicated to delivering excellence in employer implementation and integration. This includes acting as a critical liaison between Growth and Operations Leadership, as well as collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve critical implementation issues. The Manager will excel in strategic relationship management, effective communication, and client reporting, while also identifying opportunities to expand client scope and increase HSA Bank's revenue. Additionally, the Manager will support the Growth Team during account meetings and Sales Finalist Presentations to drive business growth. The role requires ensuring that all critical deliverables from various functions within the company are met in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with the products selected by customers and applicable performance guarantees. The Manager will also be responsible for forecasting and tracking key metrics consistently, communicating the progress of ongoing initiatives to stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for improving efficiency metrics and overall processes. This includes directing the analysis of system capabilities and participating in new initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing operational expenditures. Establishing and executing best practices and controls to ensure optimal performance on all procedures is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, the Manager will be tasked with hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and evaluating the performance of direct reports, while building capacity models and recruiting top talent to support growth.

Responsibilities

  • Direct a team of resources in delivering excellence in employer implementation and integration.

  • Manage strategic relationships, communication, and client reporting, while identifying opportunities for growth and revenue.
  • Support the Growth Team at account meetings and Sales Finalist Presentations to secure business growth.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of critical deliverables according to customer-selected products and performance guarantees.
  • Forecast and track key metrics, communicating progress of ongoing initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improving efficiency metrics and processes, implementing solutions for the Implementation team.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience leading a diverse team with a proven track record of success in metrics and process improvement (remote leadership experience preferred).
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership.
  • High emotional intelligence and a passion for team building, mentoring, and empowering others.
