About the position

The Manager of Onboarding Operations at Walmart Cross Border is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for sellers in a fast-paced, cross-border operation. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, driving process excellence, and managing day-to-day operations. The manager will leverage their experience in operations, program management, and people management to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline procedures, ultimately enhancing seller satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Onboarding Operations team, driving results through effective people management.
  • Manage the Seller Onboarding Process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify process issues and barriers faced by the team and implement solutions to overcome them.
  • Standardize and lead change management processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Create and consolidate communications for internal and external stakeholders regarding onboarding progress and changes.
  • Analyze onboarding trends and seller expectations to align with program growth goals.
  • Foster collaboration across multiple locations and teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Program Management, eCommerce Operations & Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, managing a team of 2 or more direct reports.
