About The Position
The position involves developing and executing innovative global patient recruitment and retention strategies, which include branding, patient and healthcare professional awareness, social and digital outreach, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. The role requires leading initiatives to establish data-driven tactics to ensure successful patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention, as well as site/patient engagement throughout the duration of clinical trials. The candidate will partner with internal and external key stakeholders, including Clinical Operations, Patient Advocacy, Clinical Trial Transparency and Data Sharing, and CROs, to enhance the patient journey from initial contact to study completion. Additionally, the role includes managing the development and implementation of global patient and site engagement plans, collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to incorporate the patient voice into clinical trial designs and patient-facing materials, and identifying potential barriers to recruitment and retention. The candidate will also lead the identification, selection, and oversight of recruitment and retention vendors, mentor junior-level staff, and have the ability to present and travel to global and regional team meetings, site visits, conferences, and Investigator Meetings.
