About the position

The Manager, Patient Support & Services, Digital Enterprise at Bausch + Lomb is responsible for leading digital initiatives that enhance pharmacy operations and patient engagement within the ophthalmic pharmaceutical business unit. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy, manage projects, and ensure compliance with regulations while providing training and support for new digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances pharmacy and patient support services.
  • Lead and manage digital projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with pharmacies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze digital engagement metrics and user feedback to identify trends and insights, informing future digital initiatives.
  • Oversee the integration of digital tools and platforms that facilitate communication and streamline operations for key stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on new digital tools and best practices to ensure effective usage and adoption.
  • Ensure all digital initiatives comply with relevant regulations and maintain the highest standards of data security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Understanding of pharmacy operations and patient support services.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including CRM systems, data analytics, and patient engagement platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
