The Banquet Scheduling Manager is responsible for managing server schedules based on the A, B and C list. This includes processing the daily changes, pop-up functions, and adjusting the server schedules as necessary. The manager must be able to cover the Coordinator assignments when needed, which includes payroll edits, processing distribution, processing change logs, creating sign-in sheets, attending CEO review meetings, and maintaining phone coverage. Additionally, the manager monitors self-scheduling systems closely to ensure coverage during events and is responsible for calculating and submitting bi-weekly payroll. The role also involves managing administrative staff development and performance, reporting directly to the Senior Scheduling Manager.
