About the position

The Manager of the Pella Certified Contractor Program is responsible for administering the PCC program, which includes planning, organizing, and facilitating conferences and training events. This role involves onboarding new contractors, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and collaborating with sales consultants to promote the program's benefits. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service while managing various tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Pella Certified Contractor (PCC) program.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate PCC conferences and training events.
• Onboard new PCCs by providing necessary documentation and support.
• Verify contractor compliance with program requirements annually.
• Communicate with sales consultants regarding PCC compliance and training participation.
• Develop and facilitate training sessions for PCCs and R&R consultants.
• Participate in recruiting new contractors into the PCC program.
• Attend and coordinate company functions at PCC events.
• Provide status reports on the PCC program to team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in marketing and/or training development.
• Experience in project management and collaboration with various departments.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service and public speaking skills.
