The Manager, People Operations at ID.me will be responsible for leading and managing the People Operations team in delivering exceptional service and driving process excellence. Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards and People Operations, this role will oversee HR service delivery, ensure compliance, enhance the employee experience, and provide the infrastructure needed to scale as ID.me continues to grow. This leader will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Legal, Finance, Accounting, and IT, to ensure that People Operations aligns with the company's overall strategic goals and remains legally compliant. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver with a passion for operational excellence, employee support, and continuous improvement and will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and enhancing organizational performance.
