About the position

The Manager, People Operations - Talent Acquisition Operations, is a pivotal role at Empower Pharmacy, focusing on enhancing the HR strategy with a specialization in Talent Acquisition Operations. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing the People Operations infrastructure, ensuring compliance and efficiency while aligning with key HR and Talent Acquisition goals. The role emphasizes the optimization of ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS Applicant Tracking systems, driving continuous improvement in TA processes, overseeing recruitment metrics, and fostering an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Builds, refines, and manages the Talent Acquisition Operations framework, establishing efficient systems, processes, policies, and programs to support effective and scalable hiring practices.
  • Ensures alignment with Empower Pharmacy's HR service delivery standards, promoting operational excellence and compliance.
  • Monitors and analyzes key Talent Acquisition metrics and reporting, leveraging data insights to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
  • Champions continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, focusing on standardization, automation, and optimization within ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS.
  • Provides comprehensive support and troubleshooting for HR Information Systems (HRIS) related to Talent Acquisition, ensuring smooth functionality and user adoption.
  • Delivers a superior candidate and employee experience through exceptional customer service and transparent communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years in People Operations with a focus on Talent Acquisition, specifically overseeing Talent Acquisition Operations.
  • At least 3 years in a team leadership role within a similar capacity.
  • Proven experience in developing, managing, and optimizing recruitment metrics and reporting structures.
  • Strong understanding of interactions between HRIS (specifically ADP Workforce Now) and Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with customer service in a talent acquisition context.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and their optimization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
