About the position

The Manager, Physician Offices is responsible for overseeing the operational and strategic objectives of assigned OSF Multi Specialty site(s). This role involves collaborating with the Lead Clinician to ensure quality care delivery and efficient operations. The manager serves as a visionary leader, fostering strong relationships with physicians and administrative leaders, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Communicate, implement, and monitor operational and strategic objectives of assigned site(s).
• Work collaboratively with the Lead Clinician of the assigned site(s).
• Ensure quality care delivery and standardized efficient operations.
• Serve as a visionary leader and role model of OSF Leader Core Competencies.
• Support the OSF vision and Key Results.
• Lead the process of change within the assigned site(s).
• Convey the need for change to Mission Partners.

Requirements

• Associate's degree and 4 years of leadership experience, or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in business or allied health professions.
• Ambulatory office experience.
• Current valid Registered Nursing License.
