Responsibilities

• Lead a team of finance professionals in planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Provide financial insights and projections to inform organizational decisions.
• Support the Director in system-wide financial planning and analysis.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
• Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Design and implement new strategies and processes for financial management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Five-plus years of progressive financial responsibilities in planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Experience leading a team in FP&A and reporting activities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop complex financial modeling.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to deal with complex problems and present recommendations clearly.
