About the position

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Manager, Portfolio Partnerships to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in Parsippany, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and nurturing relationships with our key partners globally, ensuring that their needs are met effectively. As part of a dedicated team, you will oversee the top strategic franchisee partners across the organization, fostering these relationships for future growth with Wyndham and helping to deliver on the Wyndham Advantage. Your responsibilities will include tracking and measuring the performance of key partner portfolios, collaborating with other business areas such as Commercial and Operations to identify potential solutions to partner needs, and performing ad hoc analyses on hotel-level performance as required. You will proactively identify any challenges or roadblocks within partnerships at an operational level and assist in preparing Quarterly Business Reviews and senior management presentations related to partner performance. Staying informed about industry trends and their impact on Wyndham's key strategic partners will also be essential to your success in this role. To excel in this position, you should have the ability to work cross-functionally across a matrixed organization, identify challenges and roadblocks, and understand hotel-level performance. Experience working on large cross-functional projects will be beneficial. Responsibilities

  • Track and measure the performance of key partner portfolios.
  • Partner with other areas of the business such as Commercial and Operations to identify potential solutions to partner needs.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses on hotel level performance as needed.
  • Proactively identify any challenges or roadblocks within partnerships at an operational level.
  • Help prepare Quarterly Business Reviews and senior management presentations related to partner performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and how they impact Wyndham's key strategic partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years' work experience, including progressive responsibilities in either hospitality, operations or finance.
  • Understanding of how to translate operational performance into financial results.
  • Ability to communicate and synthesize data effectively to key stakeholders.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Finance background/degree is a plus.
