About the position

As a Manager in Precision Oncology Specialty Sales, you will lead a team of sales representatives focused on driving sales results for specific oncology products within your designated region. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, project management, and people development, ensuring that your team meets or exceeds sales quotas while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Precision Oncology sales representatives and manage account activity for select products.
  • Drive sales results and ensure the region meets assigned sales quotas.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive region business plans.
  • Establish quality working relationships with key departments and stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to Sales and Managed Care teams regarding product development strategies.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and maintain compliance with corporate policies.
  • Supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage work performance.
  • Communicate goals clearly to employees and motivate them to achieve their best work.
  • Mentor and develop team members for career advancement.
  • Support budgets and projects requiring cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in medical sales.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in oncology.
  • Proven track record in sales with demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
