About the position

The Manager of Pricing, Inventory & Replenishment at RNDC is responsible for overseeing a team that manages pricing and inventory needs for Chain customers. This role supports essential business operations across various departments and ensures that objectives are met through effective team leadership, data management, and strong customer relationships. The manager will coordinate business activities, develop reporting templates, and maintain databases while collaborating with multiple teams to optimize inventory and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team focused on pricing and inventory needs for Chain customers.
  • Coordinate business activities and communicate expectations to team members.
  • Evaluate data collection methods and develop common templates for streamlined reporting.
  • Create SOP documentation and share best practices within the team.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and engage with RNDC Chain leads and account support teams.
  • Publish weekly/monthly reports utilizing in-house tools and analytical platforms.
  • Assist in planning and coordination of chain display inventory forecasts and pricing.
  • Manage distinctive label inventories to ensure sell-through and weeks on hand are well-managed.
  • Partner with Demand Planning team to minimize out-of-stock and backorder issues.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce voids and manage instocks above expected levels.
  • Collaborate with Finance team to manage Chain pricing and ensure proper communication of price changes.
  • Work with IT on Automation projects as the Pricing Inventory subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in inventory and pricing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strategic thinking to align data analytics with broader business goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power Query, Power BI).
