About the position

As the Solution Architects (SA) Manager for Prisma Cloud at Palo Alto Networks, you will lead a team of technical experts focused on cloud security transformation for customers. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, mentoring your team, and ensuring successful deployment of Prisma Cloud solutions. You will be responsible for guiding your team in delivering compelling Proof of Value/Concepts, monitoring their success, and providing feedback to enhance their skills and performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to drive high adoption of Prisma Cloud and influence product direction based on customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Solution Architects (SA) team for Prisma Cloud.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Guide and mentor field SAs in cloud security architecture.
• Coach the team to deliver effective Proof of Value/Concepts.
• Monitor PoVs/PoCs to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide ongoing feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal consumption of Prisma Cloud modules.
• Assist customers in engineering and tuning their Prisma Cloud solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a pre-sales Solutions Manager.
• 6+ years as a Senior Solutions Architect, Principal or Consulting Engineer.
• Industry knowledge of security product market trends.
• Domain expertise in public cloud architectures and cloud native security models.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Quota driven attitude focused on providing trusted solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with firewalls and other security technologies.
