This position requires a strong focus on collaboration with passionate leaders across various levels of the Fraud and Disputes (FDO) organization. Your ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, coupled with strong people leadership skills, influence, and communication, will be essential for success in this role. We are looking for dedicated and disciplined process professionals who thrive in a team environment and possess expertise in process improvement. You will be expected to demonstrate a history of improving company processes, resulting in significant time and resource savings. In this role, you will lead, include, empower, and inspire a team of Process Managers. You will collaborate with various departments across different locations to develop and execute effective and efficient processes. Utilizing a variety of techniques and tools such as Visual Management, Business Process Management, Lean, and Six Sigma, you will define, manage, and improve processes. You will also provide visibility into the impact of FDO's investments to achieve organizational goals at the portfolio level by working collaboratively with multiple teams across Channels, FDO, and Fraud Intent. Your responsibilities will include developing and leading FDO's Strategic Portfolio Management Process, which encompasses the prioritization of new work, impediment removal, and assessment of progress against OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). You will create clear scopes and success definitions across all areas of the Portfolio, including planning, communications, change management, and implementation. Additionally, you will support large, complex programs while providing strategic direction to stakeholders, peers, and direct reports. Leading special projects autonomously and in partnership with cross-functional teams will also be a key aspect of your role.
