About The Position
Zocdoc's most important asset is our people. You'll lead and grow an analytics team responsible for developing and synthesizing analytical insights that drive our commercial and product strategy. You will work with leaders throughout the organization to build and execute against a roadmap of analytics projects that deliver key strategic insights and provide robust business performance reporting. You will coach your teams to structure analyses to answer our most complex and ambiguous business questions, and distill insights from a variety of analyses into a coherent narrative, which can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders and used to develop and prioritize our strategy. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the patient / provider domain to ensure the analytical needs are met across teams, including but not limited to product, marketing, sales, and finance. You will oversee individual contributors and lead all recruiting, hiring, and professional development across your team to ensure we have the highest level of talent.
