The Manager, Product and Solutions Marketing - Strategic Accounts at Cardinal Health plays a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategy for the Strategic Accounts pharmacy business. This position is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions, and competition to inform business strategy. The marketing team implements this strategy by developing, commercializing, and monitoring appropriate products and services. The role involves defining the product/service and market strategy, managing the product life cycle, and ensuring that customer needs are identified through market research. The ultimate goal is to drive customer loyalty, sales growth, and improved profitability. In this dynamic environment, the Manager will lead the execution of major marketing campaigns that support the brand, enhance customer experience, and grow market share within the National Markets & Alternate Care classes-of-trade. This includes the implementation of value propositions and core messaging to build awareness and establish thought leadership. The role requires a proactive and curious self-starter who can build strong cross-functional relationships and bring solid marketing and brand development skills to the Pharmacy Marketing team. The Manager will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Solution Marketing & Operations, Market Intelligence and Analytics, Communications, Legal, Compliance, and Digital & Social Media teams. This position is accountable for the execution of tactical marketing efforts, including advertising, content development, social media, and other communication strategies aimed at current and prospective customers.
