About the position

Meta is seeking an Operations leader to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team, which provides data and insights essential for machine learning and AI across all Meta products. As a Manager on the PDO Family of Apps team, you will oversee a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering critical data and data labeling to product teams. This role requires collaboration with various teams to execute Meta's product roadmap and innovate within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver data and labels to product and engineering teams in the Family of Apps space.
• Build strong, collaborative cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Operations Partnerships, Legal, and Privacy teams.
• Identify and initiate opportunities for new projects or focus areas for the Family of Apps team.
• Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable, and inclusive team.
• Utilize strategic tools, systems, and data to help the team analyze trends and deliver insights to define goals and improve processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management.
• Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and working in a deadline-driven environment.
• People management experience.
• Experience building, optimizing, and scaling programs and teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces.
• Experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
• Technical fluency to understand, communicate and drive impact in highly technical and fast-moving problem spaces.
