As the Manager, Product Development- Commercial (CT) and Utility Trucks (UTE) for the Mid-Atlantic Region, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our light trucks, utility trucks, and utility trailers rental business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage customers across various sectors, including infrastructure, government, and transit, who require these vehicles at scale. This position requires a consultative and solutions-based sales approach to increase the company's market share and develop key strategic accounts within the region. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in manufacturing, operations, and sales within the utility industry to provide valuable guidance both internally and to customers. You will focus on developing the CT & UTE product and service offerings tailored to the needs of assigned customers and segments, driving incremental profitable growth. Your ability to formulate and present strategic fleet solutions will be essential in demonstrating the full value of our offerings to customers. Collaboration will be key as you partner with internal sales teams to identify growth areas, provide product training, and monitor project prospects. You will also be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new strategic accounts, including those from dormant or competitor accounts. Working closely with District and Branch operations and sales leaders, you will promote the full range of offerings in the commercial and utility lines of business. Additionally, you will utilize company software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools to track productivity and provide visibility into sales efforts. Understanding market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback will be crucial in identifying opportunities for business expansion and effectively communicating these insights to stakeholders. Your support will also extend to Key Accounts and Strategic Account Managers to drive revenue growth at both regional and branch levels.
