About the position

NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated and creative manager to lead the GPU Product Development Engineering (PDE) team. This role involves managing a team of engineers to successfully launch the latest GPU products to market, driving complex problem resolution, and optimizing silicon test processes for cutting-edge GPU technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that designs, optimizes, and implements efficient silicon test processes for GPU products.
• Facilitate discussions with feature designers, system engineers, DFT, and test engineers to enhance characterization methodologies.
• Define product test requirements and manage NPI from initial bring-up to production ramp at global manufacturing sites.
• Mentor and develop team engineers continuously.
• Improve and architect PDE tools and workflows to enhance engineering productivity.
• Build strategic relationships with system, DFT, marketing, and reliability engineering teams to improve product specifications and feature design characterization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of direct PDE experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of leading advanced-technology ICs through all lifecycle phases from design to high-volume manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with GPU feature characterization.
• Experience in data mining and data analysis using statistical tools.
• Detailed understanding of structural testing (SCAN, BIST, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership in resolving technical issues.
• Ability to foster a creative and collaborative environment with multi-functional teams.
