About the position

The Hydration & Advanced Hydration GDI global team manager role is responsible for leading front-end innovation delivery and implementing consumer-led technology strategies in collaboration with various departments. This position ensures that the Coca-Cola portfolio remains competitive through effective product and package benchmarking and manages global projects to deliver sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate front-end innovation delivery and consumer-led technology strategy implementation.
• Collaborate closely with RD centers to drive and land global projects smoothly with positive business impact.
• Translate innovation pipeline projects into technically validated strategy-aligned technical solutions.
• Collaborate with global and regional SRA teams for novel ingredient approvals through appropriate agencies.
• Develop and deliver a robust Ingredient Productivity Pipeline in partnership with R&D centers.
• Monitor external environment to identify threats and opportunities for the category.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, or related field is required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of beverage industry experience in a multinational company.
• At least 3+ years of product development experience in hydration and advanced hydration category.
• Diversified knowledge in product development, packaging, process, supply chain, consumer research, and regulation.
• Experience collaborating within global teams and working across multiple geographies.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
