About the position

The Manager, Product Enablement at Webster Bank is responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle within the Commercial Bank's Product Management team. This role involves collaborating with business process owners and product owners to evaluate current processes, implement solutions, and provide business architecture support. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration to optimize project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with product owners to gather insights from stakeholders regarding their objectives and requirements.
• Conduct process assessments and analyses to document current and future states using process maps and other documentation.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept and design to launch and post-launch analysis across multiple projects.
• Manage initiative timelines, risks/issues, and project status to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize projects.
• Support the development and maintenance of project and policy governance procedures and templates.
• Provide guidance to project teams by sharing best practices and ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Project Management experience, including process design and improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working in an agile environment and toolset.
• Strategic and tactical critical thinking skills to synthesize complex information.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $95,000 to $120,000 USD.
• Eligibility for incentive compensation.
