About the position

The Manager of Product Enablement at ICE Data Services is responsible for overseeing the ICE Global Network (IGN) team, which manages the business aspects of IGN products such as Colocation, Connectivity, Hosting, and Content access. This role involves managing a team of analysts, driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with various internal and external teams to deliver solutions. The position requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and business acumen to identify and address gaps in processes and enhance product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of experienced analysts (3) located in New York and Chicago.
  • Assign work efforts, supervise project delivery, and monitor procedure compliance, acting as an escalation point and subject matter expert.
  • Monitor all connectivity customer implementations globally, coordinating between customers, customer engineering, and data center operations.
  • Forecast new business revenue based on timing of customer implementations and coordinate updates with the Finance team.
  • Analyze financial data, identifying trends for products and services, geographies, etc.
  • Approve all IGN sales orders regarding deal structure, product capabilities, commercial pricing, margin analysis, etc.
  • Interact with third-party suppliers and internal teams to coordinate solutions for customers, including delivery timelines and pricing.
  • Review designs for ad-hoc non-standard product proposals with Sales and Sales engineers.
  • Oversee and manage the colocation businesses supporting the ICE markets, including management of overall policies and installations.
  • Collaborate with ICE legal to ensure completeness of all contract terms, including proposed exceptions.
  • Work with regulatory and legal teams to evaluate customer offerings for compliance with regulations in the US and UK.
  • Maintain IGN order forms across business entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documents.
  • Act in an advisory capacity to Business Operations and Sales teams regarding service start dates and annual price increase processes.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the definition and interpretation of all Service Provider policies.
  • Partner with the Product team regarding new product offerings, pricing, and enhancements.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in technology, engineering, or business.
  • 8+ years of experience in a role dealing with financial network services or related sectors.
  • Experience working for a trading venue or a financial market service provider.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of trading venue infrastructures and market data protocols.
  • Familiarity with regulations governing colocation facilities and legal documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of data center environments.
