About the position

We are seeking a talented leader who thrives at the intersection of product analytics, data science, product design, and growth marketing to join our Product Growth team at Meta. This person will be accountable for growing and scaling the hardware, software, and social ecosystems around the cutting edge of consumer technology, developing the world's largest mixed reality platform. The Product Growth team is embedded within product teams and drives impact end-to-end through the product development life-cycle. The role requires using a mix of skills including people leadership, analysis, creative product ideation, and cross-functional collaboration. Success in the role is tied directly to product goals and the team rewards results-based performance. This is a leadership opportunity to influence the direction of high-visibility and high-impact initiatives, and to see your work come to life at the center of emerging hardware and software technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Inform and shape product strategy through understanding data and combining insights across analyses and research
  • Ideate and iterate on product directions that will help scale retention and growth, within our platform and across the company
  • Drive execution on key product levers that drive growth and engagement for the overall ecosystem through cross-organizational alignment
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of high-performing analysts working across a wide product scope

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a people manager
  • 8+ years experience in analytics or product
  • Experience in effectively collaborating across a variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals
  • Experience in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Experimentation experience in designing multivariate tests, synthesize test results and build frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions
  • Creative product ideation experience to apply growth tactics broadly to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience
  • Experience clearly communicating data driven product insights to influence leadership direction
  • Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL)
  • Bachelor's degree and/or work experience in a product or analytics role

Nice-to-haves

  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics or related quantitative field
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or growth
