As a Manager on the Associate Experience product team at Capital One, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital workspace for associates across the organization. You will translate the requirements of large data initiatives into smaller, actionable items, and champion data literacy within the organization to drive adoption rates. Conducting market assessments, user interviews, and testing will be essential to map out data personas and consumer profiles, allowing you to make objective arguments that influence stakeholders effectively. You will also track usage to identify opportunities for improvement, perform A/B testing to learn quickly, and set OKRs and KPIs to ensure that the product backlog is prioritized to maximize business and customer outcomes. Your role will require you to incorporate design thinking and analytics into product design, enabling collaboration and ensuring effective communication between teams. You will maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in agile ceremonies, supporting the team with the escalation and resolution of impediments. Ultimately, you will serve as the vital connection between customers, Capital One's mission, and your team, ensuring that the needs of internal associates are deeply understood and addressed.
