Responsibilities

• Define clear and actionable problem statements to guide teams in delivering results.
• Leverage customer insights to influence product priorities and roadmap feature development.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap to achieve business outcomes.
• Utilize data effectively to define success metrics and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with technology teams to drive comprehensive design decisions.
• Communicate a 6-month vision to senior stakeholders and partner teams, addressing risks and impediments.
• Lead activities to attract and retain top talent, mentoring junior product associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of product management experience or equivalent experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
