About the position

The Manager of Product Management for Card Partnerships at Capital One is responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative financial services products that enhance customer and partner value. This role involves collaborating with technology and design teams to deliver a range of features and capabilities that support US Card Partnerships, focusing on data-driven technology and customer experiences. The position requires a strong emphasis on product vision, stakeholder engagement, and agile methodologies to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with external partners and internal stakeholders to establish and deliver data and reporting intent.
  • Identify value creation opportunities and drive innovative customer experiences through data-focused technology.
  • Establish and execute a product vision, leveraging customer feedback to inform the Partnership data product strategy.
  • Lead grooming activities within Agile teams, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and user interface design for product enhancements.
  • Support the Core Conversion Data team's product initiatives from ideation to rollout.
  • Advocate for partners across various internal stakeholders, collaborating with the broader US Card and Enterprise product management organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
  • At least 5 years of product management experience or equivalent experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • 3+ years translating business strategy into consumer-facing products.
  • 3+ years of experience working on core product platforms for digital experiences.
  • 3+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.
