Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partner teams to build backend data pipelines for analytics.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize and structure data needs based on associate experiences and business outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify research needs for feature design.
• Break down business epics into features and user stories for product development.
• Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, managing risks effectively.
• Conduct research and develop features utilizing new technologies in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with designers, technologists, and data scientists to create cutting-edge solutions.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve data capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of product management experience or related fields such as product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• MBA or Master's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile product management.
