Responsibilities

• Support and grow product lines through general business management.
• Act as a subject matter expert for retail and institutional sales and client servicing efforts, including RFPs and consultant database requests.
• Assist in campaigns and promotions targeting multiple segments and distribution channels, coordinating internal and external messaging.
• Conduct research on funds, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with legal on regulatory and supervisory commitments.
• Compose clear content for various publications, including client reports and marketing materials.
• Present numerical data effectively using Excel tables and graphs.
• Copyedit, fact-check, and proofread communications and presentations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred.
• Series 7 license preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial markets required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume work environment.
• Self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
