About the position

The Manager of Product Management at First American Financial Corporation is responsible for defining, promoting, and driving the strategic roadmap for current and future products. The position also includes leading a team of Product Managers and acting as a primary contact for product strategy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define, promote, and drive the strategic roadmap for current and future products.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Conduct market research to identify user needs for new products.
• Collaborate with technology, sales, and cross-functional teams for product implementation and upgrades.
• Lead a team of Product Managers to define and communicate product strategy.
• Measure customer satisfaction and act as a product evangelist.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of directly related experience in product management.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong capacity to communicate the function's vision and set aligned goals.
• High level of business acumen and strategic agility.
