Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Marketing team to build capabilities for talent acquisition experiences
  • Partner across marketing, analyst, engineering, and product teams to build the data instrumentation necessary to assess ROI and recommend performance KPIs
  • Assess user needs and market solutions to provide key marketing capabilities to partner teams - e.g. email campaigns, events, web personalization
  • Partner with Workday teams to enhance the application experience
  • Manage and support the vendor ecosystem of Talent Brand and Marketing platforms and tools

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile product management
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing or Marketing Technology
