About the position

As a Product Manager at Capital One, you will play a pivotal role in reimagining the Consumer Bank to enhance customer experiences and drive business outcomes. This position focuses on building platforms and services that deliver real-time data at scale, enabling the bank to ship products rapidly. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement strategies that improve how customers interact with their finances.

Responsibilities

• Drive the bank's omni-channel servicing portfolio and deliver an experience framework for customer service interactions.
• Collaborate with customers, associates, designers, technologists, and data scientists to develop cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences.
• At least 3 years of experience working on core product platforms that power digital experiences.
• At least 3 years of digital industry experience for consumers.
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.

Nice-to-haves

• At least 3 years of experience with web and client-side mobile platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development process.
• MBA.
