About the position

As a Product Manager focusing on Bank Modernization at Capital One, you will be responsible for reimagining the Consumer Bank to create innovative customer experiences and drive business outcomes. This role involves building platforms and services that deliver real-time data at scale, executing strategies for future platforms, and enabling the Bank to ship products rapidly. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer interactions with their finances, leveraging a human-centered and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive the bank's omni-channel servicing portfolio and deliver an experience framework for customer service interactions.
• Collaborate with customers, associates, designers, technologists, and data scientists to develop cutting-edge solutions.
• Innovate by asking bold questions and testing small ideas to achieve significant improvements.
• Share stories that change perceptions about product building and problem-solving.
• Foster a self-supporting community by integrating tools and products effectively.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences.
• At least 3 years of experience working on core product platforms that power digital experiences.
• At least 3 years of digital industry experience for consumers.
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.

Nice-to-haves

• At least 3 years of experience with web and client-side mobile platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development process.
• MBA.
