About the position

The Product Manager for the E360 team at Capital One is responsible for enhancing the developer experience by optimizing tooling and best practices, ensuring effective management of tech teams, and driving automation for application management. This role involves collaborating with various leaders to leverage shared services, focusing on user adoption, and identifying opportunities for new product development based on data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design systems that ensure applications are well managed while optimizing developers' time and experience.
• Collaborate with leaders across the company to leverage shared services for increased efficiency.
• Drive a continuous discovery process that enhances user adoption through outcome orientation.
• Identify opportunities for automation or new product development based on data from engineering tools.
• Define clear problem statements to guide teams in delivering results.
• Utilize customer insights to influence product priorities and roadmap development.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap to achieve business outcomes.
• Communicate a 6-month vision to stakeholders and partner teams, addressing risks and impediments.
• Lead activities to attract and retain top talent, mentoring junior product associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of product management experience or equivalent experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• MBA or Master's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile product management.
