About the position

The Manager of Product Marketing for Customer Experience at RingCentral is responsible for leading marketing initiatives related to RingCX solutions. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing and a customer-first mentality, with the ability to influence across multiple domains and work cross-functionally to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, operationalize, and execute marketing activities related to RingCX solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketers and Product Managers to create messaging, positioning, and target audience definitions for RingCX.
• Utilize core strategy tools to support the overall RingCX go-to-market initiative.
• Build and execute new product launches from start to finish.
• Create integrated marketing campaigns and account-based marketing programs, owning pipeline generation results.
• Support cross-functional efforts including long-range planning and regional marketing programs.
• Prepare strategic updates and presentations for key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales, or Product Management.
• Strong business skills and knowledge of B2B technology business models and go-to-market initiatives.
• Ability to articulate and tell stories in a straightforward manner.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and insight generation.
• Self-motivated with a focus on outcomes and execution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with customer service platforms or telecommunications experience.
• Experience with account-based marketing and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience in SaaS.
• Familiarity with Conversational and Generative AI technologies.
