About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager on the New Propositions team at Walmart, you will play a pivotal role in validating and scaling innovative initiatives in Augmented Reality, Generative AI, and home delivery. This position is integral to Walmart's commitment to enhancing customer experiences and redefining retail relationships. You will be responsible for generating insights and bringing new tech products and features to market, driving engagement across a diverse product suite. Your work will involve collaboration with various teams, including Product, Design, Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, and Research, to create best-in-class digital experiences for customers. This includes developing a robust test and learn strategy to drive product adoption and ongoing engagement. In this role, you will develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new feature releases, utilizing behavioral insights to create hypothesis-driven experiments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious engagement targets and generate strategic insights that inform the product roadmap. Your ability to create a customer-centric team culture will be essential in powering every decision made within the team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong collaboration skills, and have a proven track record of launching digital products successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new feature releases, including launch plan and positioning.
  • Utilize behavioral insights to develop hypothesis-driven experiments and execute a rigorous testing agenda that can scale into high-impact programs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Research to meet ambitious engagement targets.
  • Generate strategic insights in partnership with Product, Research, and Analytics to inform the roadmap, leveraging user behavioral insights and competitive analysis to establish product market fit.
  • Create a customer-centric team culture that powers every decision made.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; OR 4 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years marketing experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in B2C product marketing or retention marketing.
  • Experience in consumer technology products (early-stage preferred).
  • Experience working closely with tech organizations (i.e., Product, Engineering, Analytics).
