About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager on the New Propositions team at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in validating and scaling new initiatives in Augmented Reality, Generative AI, and home delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to generate insights, bring new tech products and features to market, and drive engagement across the product suite. This role requires collaboration with various teams to create best-in-class digital experiences for customers, focusing on a robust test and learn strategy to enhance product adoption and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new feature releases, including launch plan and positioning.
• Utilize behavioral insights to develop hypothesis-driven experiments and execute a rigorous testing agenda that can scale into high-impact programs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Research to meet ambitious engagement targets.
• Generate strategic insights in partnership with Product, Research, and Analytics to inform roadmap, leveraging user behavioral insights and competitive analysis to establish product market fit.
• Create a customer-centric team culture that powers every decision made.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; OR 4 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years marketing experience.
• 3+ years' experience in B2C product marketing.
• Experience in consumer technology products (early-stage preferred).
• Experience working closely with tech organizations (i.e., Product, Engineering, Analytics).
