About the position

Q-Centrix is seeking an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Team, which plays a crucial role in supporting our aggressive growth strategy through product marketing, marketing operations, and marketing communications. As the largest exclusive provider of clinical data management solutions to acute care hospitals, we pride ourselves on being market disruptors and innovators in the healthcare industry. Our mission is to leverage clinical data to deliver safe, consistent, and quality healthcare for all. The Product Marketing Manager will be instrumental in driving our go-to-market strategies across all clinical data offerings, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our clients and the market at large. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, the competitive landscape, and gather feedback from both our team and clients. This insight will be critical in informing product development and packaging strategies. You will also be responsible for developing and articulating effective packaging, positioning strategies, and messaging frameworks that clearly communicate the value of our products to target audiences. Collaboration is key, as you will ensure cross-functional alignment and coordination with our product team, business development, and delivery teams to drive successful product launches. Sales enablement is another critical aspect of this role. You will educate and train the business development team, equipping them with the necessary information, tools, and training to effectively communicate product value to potential clients. Your ability to build strong relationships across teams will be essential as you work to enhance our product offerings and support our overall mission of improving healthcare through high-quality clinical data management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and team and client feedback.
  • Develop and articulate packaging, positioning strategies, and messaging frameworks for products.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and coordination with product, business development, and delivery teams.
  • Educate and train the business development team on product value and communication strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years working in healthcare.
  • 2+ years of product marketing experience.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for improving healthcare and ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Self-starter with project management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Data management experience within a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Clinical background.
