About the position

The Manager, Product Marketing at Bendix is responsible for leading the product marketing function, ensuring the effective development and execution of marketing plans for all product lines. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive product launches, enhance market awareness, and support the sales team. The manager will oversee a team of marketing analysts, manage marketing collateral, and build customer relationships to promote Bendix products effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing plans for all Bendix product lines.
• Lead a team of marketing analysts to create product marketing messages and unique selling points.
• Manage product marketing activities for specific Bendix product lines.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including videos, brochures, and websites.
• Ensure completion of tactical marketing plans by the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as legal, engineering, and sales.
• Build customer relationships to promote Bendix products on OEM platforms.
• Conduct market research to support marketing plans and product launches.
• Document Voice of Customer feedback and communicate it to product teams.
• Assist in planning and managing the product marketing budget.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, product management, program management, or business development.
• 3+ years of experience in creating marketing collateral.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive, commercial vehicle, or heavy industrial equipment industry.
• Recommended 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on process management.
• Experience with digital marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Google Analytics) is preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the commercial vehicle industry.
• Greenbelt certification.
